In case you are forced to take such medications, you should ask your dentist or health physician to suggest you proper way to replenish the good bacteria in order to stay away from oral infections.
• Foods which are high in carbohydrates and sugar are highly dangerous for oral and overall health. Furthermore, people are usually unable resist the consumption of alcohol. These are the food items which can encourage the growth of yeast in the mouth. Natural foods such as grains, beans, bread and potatoes can also result in the production of yeast. So you can avoid these foods to prevent this bad production. Instead, you can switch to the use of green vegetables. Furthermore, you also need to add garlic and onions in the daily diet.
• Oil pulling can help you in preventing the growth of toxins and bad bacteria in the mouth. Usually, the coconut oil is used for oil pulling. This method is basically associated with the swishing of oil in the mouth for at least 20 minutes. This method is so effective that it can uproot consolidated tartar on the surface of teeth.
